Daytime Hosts: Generally, the best candidates for this position are naturally outgoing, personable, attentive, accommodating, and eager to be helpful. Your job as a host is to make customers feel heard, seen, and welcome when they arrive, reassuring them that their name isn’t going to get lost on a long wait list (especially on busy nights). So if you smile naturally, make great eye contact, and don’t hesitate to initiate conversations, you might be a prime candidate.
Pizza & Dough Makers: This is one of our most important jobs. Our customers expect a great pizza every time, so here’s what we’re looking for in the right candidate: strong attention to detail, the ability to crank out the perfect pizza while under pressure during the fast-paced dinner hours, and most importantly, that you’ll care about every pizza as though you were making it for yourself. Prior experience is helpful, but not necessary; we’ll train you either way.
Kitchen Staff: Can include pizza maker, but also cut line, and general kitchen prep. Without you, the people don't eat. And they want to eat.
Dishwashers: If you're reliable and hard working, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a great team at one of the best local businesses in BloNo. Must be at least 16 years of age, and must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Servers: If you have previous serving experience, you may be plugged right into the starting rotation. But, if you have less serving experience, you may begin as a Host with Serving shifts, with opportunities to advance into Serving-only. So if you’re naturally outgoing, personable, attentive, smile a lot, make great eye contact, and don’t hesitate to initiate conversations, you’re a prime candidate.
Bartenders: Since this is a 'front-of-house' position, engaging with customers will be the prime part of your job...so we're looking for candidates with positive personalities who are naturally outgoing, smile easily, and generally enjoy talking with people. Bonus points if you're obsessed with craft beer.
Delivery Drivers: The best candidates for this position bring a combination of safety, street smarts, and friendliness. Safety in that you’re a good, safe driver who wears a seat belt, follows traffic laws, and isn’t scrolling Instagram at stoplights; Street Smarts in that you know the fastest routes around BloNo like the back of your hand; and Friendliness in that you genuinely enjoy greeting your customers when they come to the door. Candidates must provide their own vehicle and have proof of insurance.
